1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Game Monster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play our games on your personal mobile device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using our Services:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the game experience.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from the games.
• Using the Services for any commercial purpose or advertising without our prior written consent.
• Harassing, threatening, or disrupting the gaming experience of other users.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, and game clients) are owned by Game Monster or its licensors.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Our games may offer virtual currency or virtual items that can be purchased with real money. You agree that virtual items and currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and are licensed to you under a revocable license. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by local law or platform guidelines.

5. Termination

We reserve the right, without limitation, to terminate, suspend, modify, or delete your access to our games if we suspect that you are failing to comply with any of these Terms, or for any actual or suspected illegal or improper use of the Services, with or without notice to you.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Game Monster does not warrant that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
